From managing dive centres to traveling the world aboard superyachts as a Dive Instructor and First Mate, through to port and marina operations at Cairns Marlin Marina and Rivergate Marina and Shipyard and mentoring the next generation of superyacht deckhands — my journey has been anything but ordinary.

Today, as an owner and operator of Carter Marine Agencies, Australia’s leading yacht agency, I channel this diverse experience into delivering world-class service and strategic support to the superyacht community. With strong networks across Cairns, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Darwin, Western Australia and internationally, my focus is on setting new benchmarks for excellence and professionalism in the sector.
